A clear colour, a fresh and sparkling nose. The sensation is confirmed on the palate with pronounced citrus aromas and some red fruit notes. To be enjoyed chilled.

Mr MIECAZE’s comment:
Our attachment to the environment has led us to make this wine with no sulphites. We make it naturally, without pesticides. It is a living wine, authentic and respectful of the environment. Its fruitiness and generosity as well as its appetising aromas will give you pleasure from the first to the very last sip.
A brilliant colour with ruby highlights, the nose is subtle and the palate is delicate with aromas of red and crunchy fruits with elegant notes. The finish, with its beautiful length, is full of youth and fresh fruit.
Mr MIECAZE’s comment:
Symbol of revival and eternal youth, our image comes from the choir of our chapel. In this bottle, our know-how based on winemakers’ collective memory has led us to enhance our knowledge of the terroir, to select the best plots and to apply it to each stage of the winemaking and ageing process.
A brilliant colour with dark ruby highlights, the nose subtle and the palate is delicate with black fruit aromas (morello cherry and blackberry) and slightly toasted notes.
The finish is very silky and extremely long, with great elegance.
Gilbert et Gaillard : 92/100
Deep colour with purple tints. Nice deep nose with notes of ripe fruit, such as cherry. In the mouth, an ample, velvety and aromatic attack. The evolution and the finish bring finesse and a certain complexity with notes of spices.
Mr MIECAZE’s comment:
Crisp fruit notes, a purple colour and a generous body reveal the freshness and balance of this great wine. The years to come will reveal a great vintage.
Today, decant 5 to 6 hours before the meal or cellar.

Beautiful deep ruby colour. Very expressive nose, greedy, of small ripe red fruits with a spicy tone. In the mouth, a very polished material, a fresh, fleshy, enveloping wine with greedy aromas of a pleasant intensity. Fully matured.
Mr MIECAZE’s comment:
A brilliant colour with dark ruby highlights, the nose is racy and subtle and there is a delicate palate with aromas of black fruits (Morello cherries and blackcurrants) coated with slightly toasted notes. The finish is long and fresh.
Ancient birthplace of the first Bordeaux Vineyards, the Graves region, named after its gravel soils, is respected for the quality of its dry white wines. Le Blanc is a complex blend of 60% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Muscadelle, an expression of the finesse and elegance of our wines.
