If, for certain specific services, the Millésime Group and/or its Houses have recourse to subcontractors established outside the EU, certain Personal Data may then be communicated to them for the strict requirements of their missions. In this case, in accordance with the regulations in force, the Groupe Millésime and/or its Companies require its subcontractors to provide the necessary guarantees for the supervision and security of these transfers, in particular by signing the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long does Groupe Millésime keep your Personal Data?
Your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the objective pursued at the time of its collection. It will then be archived with restricted access for an additional period of time in line with the legal statute of limitations and retention periods for reasons that are strictly limited and authorised by law. It will then be deleted.
Is your Personal Data protected?
The Millésime Group as well as its Houses undertake to take all technical and organisational measures to ensure the securitý and confidentialitý of the Personal Data and in particular to prevent them from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
In the event of a security incident́ affecting your Personal Data (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure), the Millésime Group as well as its Houses undertake to comply with the obligation to notify Personal Data Breaches, in particular to the CNIL.

Each term in the Charter beginning with a capital letter has the meaning given to it below.
“Privacý and Personal Data Protection Charter”: means this Charter describing the measures taken for the processing, exploitation and management of your Personal Data and your rights as a person concerned by the processing.
“Personal Data”: means any information relating to you and enabling you to be identified directly or indirectly.
“Processing” means any operation or set of operations applied to your Personal Data.
“Personal Data Breach”: means a breach of securitý resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access to your Personal Data.
