How does the Millésime Group take into account the protection of Personal Data ?

The Groupe Millésime is committed to taking into account the protection of your Personal Data and your private life from the conception of the services offered. What rights do you have over your personal data?

Can your Personal Data be transferred outside the European Union?

The Millésime Group and its Houses carry out all the Processing of your Personal Data on the territory of the European Union (EU).

If, for certain specific services, the Millésime Group and/or its Houses have recourse to subcontractors established outside the EU, certain Personal Data may then be communicated to them for the strict requirements of their missions. In this case, in accordance with the regulations in force, the Groupe Millésime and/or its Companies require its subcontractors to provide the necessary guarantees for the supervision and security of these transfers, in particular by signing the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long does Groupe Millésime keep your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the objective pursued at the time of its collection. It will then be archived with restricted access for an additional period of time in line with the legal statute of limitations and retention periods for reasons that are strictly limited and authorised by law. It will then be deleted.

Is your Personal Data protected?

The Millésime Group as well as its Houses undertake to take all technical and organisational measures to ensure the securitý and confidentialitý of the Personal Data and in particular to prevent them from being damaged, deleted or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

In the event of a security incident́ affecting your Personal Data (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure), the Millésime Group as well as its Houses undertake to comply with the obligation to notify Personal Data Breaches, in particular to the CNIL.

Management of your Personal Data

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms, amended by European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of Personal Data, you have several rights for the management of your data.

At any time, you have the facultý to exercise with Groupe Millésime and its Houses the rights provided for by the regulations in force applicable to personal data, provided you meet the conditions:

Right of access: you may have access to your Personal Data processed by the Groupe Millésime and its Companies,
Right of rectification: you may update your Personal Data or have your Personal Data processed by the Groupe Millésime and its Houses rectified,
Right to object, in particular to receiving commercial communications: you may express your wish to no longer receive commercial communications from Groupe Millésime and its Houses or request that your Personal Data no longer be processed,
Right to erasure: you may request the deletion of your Personal Data,
Right to limitation of Processing: you may request the suspension of the Processing of your Personal Data,
Right to portabilitý: you can ask the Millésime Group and/or its Houses to recover your Personal Data in order to dispose of it,
The right to define directives concerning the fate of your Personal Data after your death: without a directive from you, after a certain period of inactivity, your Personal Data is deleted. However, your heirs can exercise their rights to your data after your death,

Each term in the Charter beginning with a capital letter has the meaning given to it below.

“Privacý and Personal Data Protection Charter”: means this Charter describing the measures taken for the processing, exploitation and management of your Personal Data and your rights as a person concerned by the processing.

“Personal Data”: means any information relating to you and enabling you to be identified directly or indirectly.

“Processing” means any operation or set of operations applied to your Personal Data.

“Personal Data Breach”: means a breach of securitý resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access to your Personal Data.

“Recipient”: means the department or company that receives communication and may access your Personal Data.
